1 Information we hold
SaccoSphere processes organisation, staff and member information at the instruction of the cooperative that uses the platform, including identity, contact, membership, savings, credit and share records.
2 How information is used
Information is processed to operate the cooperative's financial services, meet its reporting and audit obligations, and communicate with members through the channels the cooperative enables.
3 Separation between cooperatives
Each cooperative's data is isolated. One organisation cannot access the records of another, and staff access is further limited by the roles the cooperative defines.
4 Retention and requests
Retention follows the cooperative's own policy and applicable regulation. Members should direct access or correction requests to their cooperative, which controls the data.
