These terms govern use of the SaccoSphere platform by cooperatives and their authorised users. The final reviewed text will be published before launch.
1 Subscriptions and service
Access is granted per subscription plan with defined usage limits for members, branches, staff accounts and messaging. Plan entitlements and any grace period are described on the pricing page.
2 Customer responsibilities
The cooperative is responsible for the accuracy of the data it enters, for managing its staff roles and permissions, and for complying with its own regulatory and reporting obligations.
3 Acceptable use
The platform may only be used for lawful cooperative financial operations. Attempting to access another organisation's data, or to bypass approval controls, is prohibited.
4 Availability and support
We work to keep the platform available and will communicate planned maintenance in advance. Support channels and priority levels depend on the subscribed plan.
